Standard Hourly Rate: $50/hour
Onsite Service Call Fee: $50 (added to labor cost for home/office visits)

Basic Diagnostics (in-shop) 30 min – 1 hour $25 – $50
Virus & Malware Removal 1 – 2 hours $50 – $100
System Tune-Up / Optimization 1 hour $50
Operating System Install/Reinstall 1 – 2 hours $50 – $100
Data Backup / Transfer 1 – 4 hours $50 – $200
Hardware Installation (RAM, SSD, etc.) 0.5 – 1 hour $25 – $50
Laptop Screen Replacement 1 – 2 hours $50 – $100
Software Installation / Setup 0.5 – 1 hour $25 – $50
Network Setup / Troubleshooting 1 – 2 hours $50 – $100
PS4 and ps5 console clean - 2 hours $100
computer clean out and thermal paste reapplication 1 - 2 hour $50 -$100 depending on computer model
🏠 Onsite Services
Onsite Visit Fee: $50
Plus hourly labor: $50/hour
Example: A 2-hour onsite virus removal = $50 (onsite fee) + $100 (labor) = $150
🔧 Other Notes
All prices are labor only. Hardware/software costs are additional if needed.
Time estimates vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
Emergency or after-hours services may incur additional charges.
No fix, no fee if i fail to fix the problem you don’t pay any fees. All parts used, however, require payment.
